Recent Works & Blog

Hello dear friends,

My most recent works can be found on my 2009 gallery on my web site - http://www.keremgogus.com/gallery2009.html

and I have a bigger blog on blogger if you interest - http://keremgogus.blogspot.com/ - posting more personal stuff there also.

Lately I switched back to Cinema 4D from Maya - because it fits better to the needs of a person who works alone (freelance) - at least for me. Also learning Modo which is fun. I'm planing to improve my knowledge and techniques on Vue xStream and add After FX knowledge also to start my short movie project soon. Want to make my organic modelings with Modo and hard surfaces with Cinema 4D. I don't think that I'll use Zbrush - don't know why but I'm not so good on sculpting (lack of talent maybe ?! )

I'm fine on doing hard surface and "semi organic" (robots) modeling on Cinema 4D with my current knowledge. Here you can see some samples:

3D Maybe?

Maybe I should quit 3D. All struggling to do something good and all I've got is faultfinding lately - no appreciation and encouragement at all.

The problem here is; I'm not a quitter.
